Bray Wyatt massively regrets getting a tattoo inspired by WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg.

Bray, who is rumoured to be returning to WWE any day now, feuded with Goldberg during the first few months of 2020, losing his Universal title in one of the most controversial WWE booking decisions.

However, before feuding with the wrestling legend, it seems like Wyatt as a huge fan of Goldberg.

Bray Wyatt's Goldberg-inspired tattoo

The former WWE Champion revealed that he has a tattoo inspired by Goldberg while the pair were feuding in February 2020, as you can see below.

Bray Wyatt tweeted that Goldberg was "directly responsible" for one of his tattoos, which is clearly similar to the ink that the former WCW Champion sports on his arm.

As you can see from the side-by-side image below, it's clear to see that Wyatt's tribal tattoo, which he has since had covered up, is similar to Goldberg's.

Wyatt was born in 1987, meaning he'd have been just nine years old when Goldberg made his debut for WCW in 1996.

Bray would also have been 18 when Goldberg debuted for WWE in 2003, so the timeline clearly adds up for Goldberg to have been a big inspiration or a young Wyatt,

Goldberg was clearly a big influence on the 35-year-old, most probably being one of his favourite wrestlers growing up, especially if Bray got a tattoo dedicated to him.

Bray isn't the only WWE Superstar with a Goldberg-inspired tattoo, as NXT's Bron Breakker revealed that he also has one, and also regrets getting it, which you can read more about by clicking here.

Is Bray Wyatt returning to WWE?

Bray was released by WWE in July 2021, but as soon as Vince McMahon retired reports from PWTorch suggested that the former WWE Champion was likely to return.

And fans are of the belief that Wyatt's return is just around the corner, with the 35-year-old believed to be the subject of the 'White Rabbit' vignettes that we've seen over the last week.

In fact, Fightful Select reports that people within WWE agree. Although they haven't been told whether or not Wyatt is coming back, almost all believe that he is, which you can read more about by clicking here.

Fans had even theorised that Bray was going to return during this week's SmackDown, but that obviously didn’t end up happening, with WWE instead playing another ‘White Rabbit’ video on the show.
