Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly is 'hands-on' behind the scenes and will be holding regular talks with boss Graham Potter and his Stamford Bridge squad, according to journalist Paul Brown.
The Blues went into the international break sitting eight points adrift of Premier League table-toppers Arsenal and Boehly has not been afraid to make big alterations.

Boehly led a consortium which completed a £4.25billion takeover of Chelsea in May, ending Roman Abramovich's lengthy reign in west London.
Although he allowed Thomas Tuchel to spend more than £250million during the summer transfer window, the German did not remain at Stamford Bridge for much longer.
That is because Boehly sacked Tuchel less than a week after the deadline, while he moved quickly to appoint Potter as his successor.
The new Chelsea co-owner has hit the headlines after calling for the launch of a Premier League North versus South All-Star match.
It is understood that Boehly is also looking to fill the sporting director role ahead of the upcoming World Cup in Qatar and Potter has been involved in the process of finding the right candidate following his move into the hot seat.

Brown understands Boehly is a busy figure behind the scenes and keen to oversee how the club is run from top to bottom.
The journalist believes the American is holding regular conversations with Potter, fresh from his appointment, and the squad.
Brown told GIVEMESPORT: "I am hearing that Todd Boehly is quite a hands-on personality and intends to be that way in and around the club.
"I suspect for the first few weeks, now that there is a new manager in place, he will be here, there and everywhere, smoothing things over, speaking to players, having talks with the manager and deciding strategy. I think that's probably quite natural."
Was Boehly hands-on in the transfer market?
Callum Hudson-Odoi joined Bundesliga giants Bayer Leverkusen on loan for the remainder of the season after falling down the pecking order at Chelsea, but Boehly played a leading role in negotiations.
It has emerged that Boehly was unwilling to include an option to make the move permanent due to believing the winger has a bright future in west London.
Meanwhile, the American rubberstamped a £75million move for Wesley Fofana, but was only willing to stump up the cash on his terms.
Fofana was forced to travel to the United States for his medical due to Boehly reportedly wanting additional peace of mind following a long-term injury while on Leicester City's books.
