Triple H, the new Head of Creative, is keeping WWE Superstar Elias off TV for a rather interesting reason.

This comes after it was reported last week by PWInsider that Elias will do away with his Ezekiel character, which you can read more about by clicking here.

So when the 34-year-old is next seen on WWE TV, we now know that he's going to be Elias rather than the Ezekiel character that he debuted in April 2022.

Latest news on Elias

As noted, when Jeffrey Sciullo next shows up on WWE TV, he's going to be portraying the Elias character, but that may not be for some time.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer is reporting that we won't see Elias back on TV until his beard has fully grown back, via WrestleTalk.

Elias at some point, after his beard if fully grown out, is scheduled to return

As you can see from the image below, Elias had an incredibly thick beard during his time on WWE TV, shaving that off before returning into Ezekiel earlier on this year.

So, with the return of his Elias character, WWE is essentially waiting for the former NXT star, whom Jeff Jarrett once described as "very unique", to grow his beard back before he's able to return to TV.

Given how thick his beard was during his time as Elias, it's not out of the realms of possibility to think that it could be quite some time before we see him back on TV with his old character.

What are some of Triple H's other plans

We are approaching two months since Triple H become Head of Creative for WWE in the wake of Vince McMahon's retirement.

On the whole, fans seem to be quite happy with how things are going under 'The Game', believing that the standard of WWE shows has dramatically improved since he came to power.

Triple H has big plans for a lot of the roster, with it being reported last week, also by the Wrestling Observer, that he's planning to do big things with two "amazing" young WWE stars, which you can read more about by clicking here.

Triple H could also welcome back several AEW stars, with reports from several reputable sources claiming that several wrestlers are wanting to quit to rejoin WWE, including Malakai Black and Buddy Matthews.
