Leeds United do not want to sell Jack Harrison and the winger 'would be happy' to sign a new Elland Road contract if the 'right terms are put in front of him', according to journalist Pete O'Rourke.
Harrison joined the Whites on a permanent basis last year following a succession of loan spells from Manchester City, but he has grabbed the attention of Premier League rivals.

According to Football Insider, Leeds are set to open fresh talks over a new deal with Harrison after fending off interest during the summer transfer window.
The report suggests the Yorkshire giants are preparing to table an improved contract which reflects the former England under-21 international's status as a key member of head coach Jesse Marsch's squad.
Harrison has entered the final two years of his £60,000-per-week contract, meaning there is uncertainty over his long-term future.
The 25-year-old is expected to feature prominently on Newcastle United's wishlist when the transfer window reopens in January, having failed with two separate bids during the summer, while Tottenham Hotspur have also been admirers.
Leeds reportedly slapped a £35million price tag on Harrison as they successfully staved off the interest before the deadline earlier this month.
What has Pete O'Rourke said about Harrison?
O'Rourke understands that Leeds are desperate to hold onto Harrison and, as a result, want to agree a new contract.
The journalist believes the wide-man is not actively looking to seal a switch away from Elland Road and would be willing to put pen-to-paper if his demands are met.
O'Rourke told GIVEMESPORT: "They don't want to sell and they want to tie him down to a new contract, so they are showing their faith in the player as well.
"Jack Harrison does seem to be quite happy at Leeds United and, if the right terms are put in front of him, I'm sure he would be happy to sign them."
Why are Leeds desperate to keep Harrison at the club?
Statistics show Harrison was the top-performing Englishman not to be selected by Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate for the international break, emphasising that he has been consistent during the early stages of the campaign.
The former New York City FC star went into the weekend having found the back of the net once – during the convincing win over Chelsea last month – and racked up a further three assists in his opening six appearances of the 2022/23 season.
Harrison has also been someone Marsch has been able to rely on since his appointment as Leeds' boss in February.
Ahead of facing Aston Villa on Sunday, he had notched eight goal contributions in 18 outings under the American and, as a result, Marsch will be desperate to keep Harrison on board.
