Josh Allen has opened up about a video that went viral this weekend following the Buffalo Bills’ loss to the Miami Dolphins.

The Buffalo Bills and Josh Allen had their impressive start to the season brought to something of a shuddering halt this past weekend when they took on their AFC East division rival Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium.

Having started the season off with a 31-10 win against the reigning Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams on their own turf on the opening night of the season, they then turned right around and thumped the Tennessee Titans by a score of 41-10 in Week 2, seemingly proving to everyone exactly why they are considered by many to be the favourites to win the Super Bowl and Allen the preseason favourite to take home MVP.

But then they went to South Beach and ran into a Dolphins side that have started this season incredibly impressively, going 3-0 and whose defence managed to keep the Bills’ incredible offense in check for large parts of the game, but it’s the ending that has caused a lot of talking points.

With the clock ticking down, and the Bills out of timeouts, they had to try and get a few quick plays off to put themselves in position to grab a late, dramatic win. They just about got themselves on the edge of field goal range at the end, but couldn’t get the ball spiked in time to stop the clock.

The way the final played out left offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey furious at the way the game ended, with footage of him going viral

Josh Allen is just fine with it

And speaking to the media ahead of their game this week against the Baltimore Ravens, Allen seemed to be pretty fine with the clip, as he felt it was a symbol of just how much he wanted to win the game, and a pretty good indicator of how competitive his offensive coordinator is.

It’s quite a good message of support to show to one of your superiors, and it kind of helps to set the tone for how things should be going forward, especially given how highly rated this Bills team is, they need to keep up that level of passion and spirit for the rest of the season.

Although you imagine that they hope it comes out in different ways next time rather than in frustration over a loss.
