Logan Paul believes his brother Jake Paul is rewriting boxing history as he prepares to battle Anderson Silva.

It may feel like a strange thing to read, or even admit, but Logan Paul and Jake Paul are doing some great things in the combat sports sphere.

Jake is quickly becoming one of the biggest names in boxing and Logan is a WWE superstar, and a pretty good one at that.

The two brothers are incredibly different in their style and personalities, but one thing remains true above all else - they’re smart businessmen who know how to generate some real interest.

The next step inside the squared circle for ‘The Problem Child’ is going to come on October 29 when he locks horns with none other than former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva.

Jake is considered to be a notable underdog, but even with that being the case, there’s still a sense of uncertainty surrounding the bout.

Logan, who has watched this all go down from afar, recently spoke about how cool it is to see his sibling in this position.

Video: Logan Paul praises his brother Jake Paul

"My brother is fighting Anderson Silva, possibly the greatest striker in combat sports history on October 29 in Phoenix, Arizona,” Paul said.

"Jake is literally rewriting boxing history and it is so cool as his brother to see him fight someone who we looked up to for so long. Our entire lives Anderson Silva was our guy, our hero.

"We would buy every single UFC fight he fought at and we went to a fight in Cleveland, Ohio one time and Anderson Silva did a special guest appearance. We knew he was going to be at a VIP section taking pictures and Jake, as like an 11-year-old, started flirting with one of the ring girls, he was a player back then.

"He convinced her to bring us up on stage and take a picture with Anderson Silva, our hero. We took the picture and then now, 13 years later, we recreated the picture.”

Logan’s big step

In addition to Jake colliding with Anderson Silva, Logan also has quite a tough assignment on his hands this November when he challenges Roman Reigns for the WWE universal championship.
