Bray Wyatt is expected to return to WWE by Extreme Rules, according to a new report by Sean Ross Sapp.

Ever since Triple H became WWE's Head of Creative following Vince McMahon's retirement, rumours have linked Wyatt to a sensational return.

And now, following weeks of teases of a new 'White Rabbit' character, Bray's return to WWE could be just days away.

Is Bray Wyatt returning to WWE?

As noted, 'White Rabbit' teases have been playing across shows for just shy of two weeks now, with Fightful Select reporting that Bray is assumed by many within WWE to be the subject.

WWE talent has been kept mainly in the dark about who the subject of the teases is, but Fightful notes that almost all assume that they're linked to Wyatt and his eventual comeback.

A new report from Fightful Select's Sean Ross Sapp has revealed that those with knowledge of the situation say that the 'White Rabbit' will be revealed at Extreme Rules.

Those in the know claimed that WWE Extreme Rules was supposed to be the "reveal" of the White Rabbit.

It's worth noting that the report doesn't say whether or not the 'White Rabbit' will be appearing on the show in person, or if it will just be made clear who the cryptic teases have been about.

In case it wasn't clear who the 'White Rabbit' character is, Fightful goes on to reinforce in their report that talent expects the teases to lead to Wyatt's return.

For those who don't know, and wish to be spoiled, Fightful has reported for several weeks that the reveal internally is believed to be Bray Wyatt.

When did Bray Wyatt leave WWE?

As of right now, there is no word on the plans that WWE has for Bray when he eventually makes his highly-anticipated return to WWE TV.

Bray was last seen on WWE TV in April 2021, appearing on the Raw episode that took place the night after WrestleMania 37, when he lost to Randy Orton.

Bray was then released by WWE in July, in what was viewed as one of the most surprising firings amongst both fans and even reportedly members of the roster.

Soon after Vince McMahon retired from WWE, reports emerged, again from Fightful Select, indicating that the relationship between Bray and the ex-WWE CEO was incredibly damaged, explaining why he's now more likely to return.
