To listen to Zlatan Ibrahimovic speak, you wouldn't think of him as a team player.

After all, this is a man who once famously declared: "I can't help how perfect I am!"

Across his 23-year career, Ibrahimovic has represented the likes of Ajax, Juventus, Barcelona and Manchester United, as well as both Milan clubs.

However, it was during his four-year stint at Paris Saint-Germain between 2012-2016 that Ibrahimovic experienced his greatest success in terms of trophies won.

Lifting an impressive 12 honours during his time in the French capital - including four successive Ligue 1 titles, Zlatan made the Parc des Princes his personal playground.

The charismatic Swede, who claimed a Ballon d'Or nomination in every year he played for PSG, notched 156 goals in 180 games for the club.

As prolific as Ibrahimovic was in the French top-flight, he also regularly turned provider for his teammates. His 61 assists for the Parisian outfit marked the best return of his career by some distance.

A compilation video entitled: 'Zlatan Ibrahimovic - playmaking' has recently gone viral showing just how much the frontman was enjoying his football in France.

Featuring more than two-and-a-half minutes of Zlatan seamlessly linking up with his PSG colleagues, some of his assists are absolutely sublime.

Ibrahimovic's understanding with Edinson Cavani was on another level during this time period, while the likes of Blaise Matuidi, Marco Verratti and Dani Alves also benefitted from Zlatan's ability to pick the perfect pass.

While some will debate the quality of opposition that Ibrahimovic faced in Ligue 1 on a weekly basis, there's no denying that he was exceptional for PSG.

Liked more than 11,500 times on Twitter in less than 24 hours, fans have certainly enjoyed reminiscing over Zlatan tearing it up in the French capital.

"Prime Zlatan was something else," declared one response, with another calling the Swede "the most dominant player in the history of Ligue 1."

"Imagine him with Mbappe," remarked another, daring to dream about how prolific the partnership between a prime Ibrahimovic and the young French forward could be.

Others took the opportunity to look back fondly on the era as whole for PSG.

"The period of PSG that I loved the most," wrote one fan.

"Matuidi, Zlatan, Cavani. It was the PSG we loved," recalled a second.

"Cavani had it so good at PSG with Ibra, Verratti, Di Maria, Lucas, Pastore, Motta, etc," stated a final comment.
