WWE SmackDown is set to see the call-up of Legado Del Fantasma, if reports are to be believed.

Legado Del Fantasma could apparently be making their first appearance on the main roster as an act soon, even as early as tomorrow night's show.

A call-up for the talented faction has been speculated since Santos Escobar finished up the NXT in August, and that appears to be upon us now.

What is Triple H planning for SmackDown?

Tomorrow night's episode of SmackDown is the season premiere for the show, so Triple H has pulled out all the stops to ensure that it's must-see.

Not only are Logan Paul and Roman Reigns appearing, but Gunther will defend his Intercontinental Championship in a highly-anticipated rematch against Sheamus.

Something that hasn't been announced for the show, but is apparently set to happen, is an appearance from NXT act Legado Del Fantasma.

PWInsider is reporting that the group, who have been rumoured for a main roster move since the summer, are set to make that official, potentially as early as SmackDown tomorrow, via WrestleTalk.

PWInsider.com is told the current plan is for the group to debut for the Smackdown brand. We are told that Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde, Electra Lopez and Raul Mendoza may appear as soon as tomorrow's Smackdown season premiere from Worcester, MA.

Fightful Select has heard the same, adding that the group are not expected to be forced to undergo any name changes, which we have seen from NXT call-ups for the majority of this year.

WWE sources have indicated to Fightful that Legado Del Fantasmo are set to debut on the WWE Smackdown brand. We're told they're set to debut imminently and creative was told to get direction for them. Thus far we haven't heard of any name changes associated with them.

What are Triple H's plans for Legado Del Fantasma?

At the time of writing, there is no word on what Triple H has planned for the talented NXT faction, other than they're set to appear as part of the SmackDown brand.

That news may disappoint some WWE fans, with many fantasy booking a feud between Escobar and Rey Mysterio pretty much since the latter joined the company in 2019.

While that may end up happening, Mysterio is part of the Raw brand, so the two are unlikely to mix it up on TV anytime soon.
