Gabriel Jesus produced a truly magical assist for Fabio Vieira’s goal in Arsenal’s Europa League clash with Bodo/Glimt on Thursday evening.

Arsenal prevailed 3-0 as they swept their Norwegian opponents aside in north London.

Rob Holding notched the opener in the 23rd minute as he headed home Vieira’s cross.

Eddie Nketiah doubled his side’s lead shortly after. Kieran Tierney’s struck the post and Nketiah reacted quickest to turn the ball home.

Vieira then made the points safe with seven minutes remaining – and it came after a moment of magic from Jesus.

Jesus, who started the game on the bench but entered the fray with 30 minutes remaining, showed great speed and strength to get down the byline and away from one defender.

The Brazilian then showed lightning quick feet to go around another Bodo/Glimt player, before having the presence of mind to pull the ball back for Vieira to convert into an empty net.

What a signing he has been for the Gunners.

Jesus has now scored five times and recorded four assists in 10 outings for Arsenal this season.

Ahead of the match against Bodo/Glimt, Jesus spoke to Rio Ferdinand where he raved about Arsenal supporters and said they were ‘different’ to Man City fans.

“In the first days when I signed here I went to a Brazilian restaurant,” Jesus said, per the Metro.

“I was waiting in my car outside, and a lot of Arsenal fans came to say welcome to the club.

“It is different at Manchester City of course. City have had a lot of impact in the last 10, 15 years. Arsenal before that had a lot [more]. It’s different, you know.

“I feel that welcome, the way they come to talk to me. They are supporting you to the end. Exactly [it gives me confidence].
