Manchester United star Donny van de Beek 'wishes he'd never even joined' the Red Devils and there are Premier League clubs queuing up to end his Old Trafford nightmare, according to transfer insider Dean Jones.
The Dutchman made the £40million switch from Eredivisie giants Ajax two years ago, but he has failed to establish himself as a key member of the squad.

What's the latest news involving van de Beek?
Van de Beek only returned to Manchester United in the summer, having spent the second half of last season on loan with Everton.
But it seems his days at Old Trafford are numbered as, according to 90min, the creative midfielder has been granted permission to move onto pastures new when the transfer window reopens in January.
The report suggests van de Beek - a 19-cap Netherlands international - is likely to depart on loan and, while Premier League clubs are showing an interest, a return to his homeland could also be on the cards as Ajax and PSV Eindhoven are keeping tabs on his situation.
Serie A giants Inter Milan could reportedly offer the 25-year-old an alternative escape route from the Red Devils.
It is understood that Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag blocked a summer return to Ajax despite being shocked by van de Beek’s lack of confidence.
What has Dean Jones said about van de Beek?
Jones believes van de Beek has regrets over sealing his move to Manchester United in September 2020.
However, the journalist is confident that he will have no trouble finding a new destination when the transfer window reopens for business.
Jones told GIVEMESPORT: "There must be part of him that wishes he'd never even joined.
"But there have always been other Premier League clubs interested in him. I'm sure he knows that there are other solutions out there for him if he needs one."

Why are Manchester United willing to let van de Beek depart?
Following ten Hag's appointment as Manchester United's chief, there was hope that he would be the ideal tactician to revive van de Beek's career.
That is because he made 110 appearances under his fellow countryman while they worked together at Ajax, scoring 32 goals and laying on a further 29 assists in the process.
However, van de Beek went into the weekend having only been afforded 19 minutes of action since the campaign got underway and it is clear that he is not at the forefront of ten Hag's thinking.
With plenty of time still to run on his £120,000-per-week contract, Manchester United would be wise to find a buyer.
