Bukayo Saka scored the only goal as Arsenal beat Bodo/Glimt in their Europa League clash on Thursday evening.

Mikel Arteta fielded a strong XI for the match at Aspmyra Stadion, with the likes of William Saliba, Martin Odegaard and Ben White joining Saka in the starting lineup.

The Gunners made it three wins from three and retained their lead in Group A with a 1-0 victory.

Arsenal's 24th minute goal proved to be the difference between the two sides.

Saka saw his first effort saved but the ball fortuitously rebounded back off his chest and into the net.

There was a funny moment in the first half when Saka nearly hit a man watching the game from his flat.

Saka had another golden opportunity to score shortly after his goal.

But the 21-year-old got his effort all wrong and sent his right-footed effort spooning over the bar.

Saka's wayward shot caught a man watching the game from the comforts of his flat by surprise.

The ball bounced off the wall and appeared to hit the window of the man's flat.

The individual had a shocked look on his face as the ball bounced back towards the pitch. It made for a brilliant moment and you can watch it below...

Arteta: Saka can still improve

Arteta spoke to the media after the match and, after being asked whether Saka was getting better and better this season, said that the youngster could still improve.

"Yes, but again he can become much better," he said, per Metro.

"He had moments in the game where he was really good and then moments he can improve and demand more of himself, especially defensively.

"There were moments where we allowed their left full-back to progress the play and break our press too easily. There a lot of things to improve."

He added: "I’m really happy with the win against a team that has won the last 14 games here at home. It’s not a coincidence.

"We were expecting a really tough night here and we made a lot of changes again but I’m delighted to find a way to win. To do that under any circumstances is a real positive for me and the team.

"They are really fast and the turnovers and giving away of the ball that you don’t usually expect. The ball was leaping and it was out of your feet and you give it away and the game becomes so fast.

"I’m happy, but at the same time we have to improve a lot."
