Tyson Fury's promoter Frank Warren has claimed that he is already "working on" an undisputed fight with Oleksandr Usyk.

That's despite the fact that he still has to face Derek Chisora in a trilogy fight in a few weeks' time.

The two British stars are set to fight for a third time on December 3 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.

Should Fury beat Chisora again, it could set up an undisputed clash with Usyk.

Fury needs Usyk's belts in order to become the first undisputed heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis in 1999.

But there has been some suggestions that the Ukrainian could decide to vacate the WBO heavyweight title instead.

However, Warren, 70, has since revealed that he doesn't think that will be the case.

Tyson Fury and Derek Chisora will have a trilogy fight almost ten years after their rematch

"No, I think he'll fight Tyson provided he comes through on December 3 and then those four belts will be there if Tyson wins that fight with Usyk and then they've got to work out what they want to do with the belts," Warren told reporters, including GIVEMESPORT.

"That's the reason we're doing this because I don't want him out of the ring for over a year.

"It'll be at the end of February or early March. I don't know yet. We're working on various sites at the moment."

For now though, Warren says his focus is fully on Fury's trilogy with Chisora.

"There’s more at stake now," he continued. "It’s for a world title.

"They’ve both changed in the last eight years, I think they’re different fighters from back then. Tyson’s even said himself he’s more of a boxer now. You’ve seen him in his last few fights, he comes out and goes toe to toe with guys, and Derek has changed his style as well.

"I think it’s gonna be an absolute banger. The pair of them are gonna be throwing bombs at each other, but I expect Tyson to win and I think he beats any heavyweight in the world.

"As Tyson said himself, Derek gave Usyk lots of problems and it was a very narrow decision again. When you look at that and you look at when he fought Dillian Whyte, I thought he won the first Dillian Whyte fight and the second one he was winning until he got clipped. He’s coming off a good win too against Pulev.

"So what do I think about Derek? He’s not gonna outbox Tyson, but I think he is gonna do what he thinks is appropriate for this fight, and I think the only way he can go is have a tear up with him.

"I think he’s gonna come out throwing bombs. That’s what he’s gonna have to try and do. He can’t stand off if he wants to have a war, he’s gonna have to come forward and that’s the only way I think he can beat him."
