Khabib Nurmagomedov's amazing dominance inside the Octagon, where he destroyed every opponent that he competed against, makes him a strong contender to be called the UFC GOAT as he achieved an unprecedented record of 29-0-0.
Such is the dominance of Khabib in MMA, it has made people sit up and respect him as an individual as well as a fighter.
Despite that pleasing Khabib, he is a religious man that puts his faith first, which was extremely evident on his social media feed because he always thanked God and dedicated his victories to his creator.
Khabib is a very passionate Muslim and would not like anyone disrespecting his religion, which unfortunately happened when Conor McGregor’s coach made a religious joke that extremely upset the Russian.
Even though people have shown him a great deal of respect throughout his career, his comments about UFC ring girls did not go down well at all and saw him receive quite the backlash.

Rather infamously, Khabib once said that they were the most useless people in the organisation, something that got him a lot of stick in response, including from a few ring girls themselves.
However, one of the ring girls did try and stick to Khabib’s religious beliefs when she greeted him by covering up her whole body so that the former lightweight champion could feel comfortable.
It was a nice touch and it goes a long way to gaining respect and appreciation.
“He’s not only the best athlete, but the man for me!" she said when discussing her decision to cover up.

“Of course, guests of the event were shocked seeing a ring girl putting on a longer skirt so fast.
“I respect the views and religion of Khabib and I didn’t want him to feel uncomfortable.”
A great show of respect from the ring girl, something maybe, just maybe Khabib should've shown in return before he badmouthed them?
However, his opinion wasn't as strong as Ronda Rousey's, who also slammed the job in a scathing interview.
