Unfortunately for Senegal fans and fans of football alike, Sadio Mane will NOT be available to face the Netherlands in the World Cup 2022 group stage.

This is a massive blow for Senegal, as no doubt the Netherlands is their toughest group stage game, which will probably ultimately decide the overall victor of their group.

This means that the Netherlands are now probably in the driving seat to win this fixture, with Virgil van Dijk no longer having to deal with the menace that is Mane.

Senegal still does have a plethora of talent, such as Kalidou Koulibaly, Edouard Mendy and Ismaila Sarr - but it's simply undeniable that Mane will be a huge loss for them.
