But the five-time Ballon d'Or winner, Costa and the rest of the squad can now breathe easy after securing a precious 3-2 victory against Ghana in their World Cup opener.

The Portugal team will now switch focus to the match against Uruguay next Monday, which could be an equally tasty game.
