Bianca Belair isn't known as The EST of WWE for nothing.

She is unarguably one of the most athletic women on the roster and is the self-proclaimed fastest and strongest of all the female Superstars.

To keep herself in such condition, Belair works incredibly hard in the gym and a recent Instagram upload shows how much effort she puts in.

The Raw Women's Champion has posted a mirror selfie on her Instagram story and she looks seriously ripped.

It's no secret Belair takes pride in her physique but every time she posts a new photo or video, the WWE Universe never fails to be impressed by her physical condition.

Posing in a red bikini, The EST took a moment to post her hard work and one fan has reposted it to Twitter with the caption: "God was deep in his bag when making Bianca Belair," meaning, 100 per cent effort and concentration went into the creation of the WWE Superstar.

Belair receives a lot of praise for her fitness levels both in and out of the ring and she often posts images of videos of her either in the gym or showing off her hard-earned results.

Last week, The EST uploaded a clip from a recent workout and fans were wowed by how shredded she looked.

Belair was pumping out face pull reps and her back and shoulders were visibly in insane condition.

Many fans were playfully suggesting fellow WWE Superstar Raquel would be jealous, as she is known for her seriously sculpted back muscles.

When is Bianca Belair’s next match? 

Belair is currently preparing for an exciting clash at Survivor Series alongside allies Alexa Bliss, Asuka, and new recruit Mia Yim — plus another mystery competitor yet to be confirmed.

They will face off against Bayley's Damage CTRL, as well as Nikki Cross and Rhea Ripley in a WarGames match.

Belair and Bayley will lock horns again as their feud continues to bubble.

The two have been troubling each other since The Role Model returned from injury and started her new stable.

They certainly have unfinished business, as before Bayley's legitimate ACL injury, the women were locked in a fierce rivalry and ready to battle it out in an 'I Quit' match at Money in the Bank 2021.
