Lewis Hamilton has made observations that Red Bull teammates Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez’s recent argument was similar to an episode of The Kardashians.

Another thrilling season of Formula 1 is in the books, where it had its usual twists and turns on and off the track.

However, a situation in one of the team garages reached boiling point in recent weeks.

Red Bull's victorious season ended in drama

Despite winning both the Constructors’ and Drivers’ Championships this past season, Red Bull ended the year in a quite a spot of bother after an issue in Brazil between Verstappen and Perez.

It escalated to breaking point at the Sao Paulo Grand Prix with Perez getting angry at the Dutchman for not allowing him through despite team orders.

It was alleged by some in the press that this stemmed from the Monaco Grand Prix weekend in May, with it claimed that Max believed that Perez crashed on purpose during qualifying, though we've had no confirmation on that.

Hamilton had his say on the spat between the two, which has since seemingly been put to bed by Red Bull, and claimed that it is similar to something that you are likely to see in reality series Keeping up with the Kardashians.

The seven-time world champion said the situation between the two is “entertaining” and that he’d like to see it on the next season of popular Netflix series Drive to Survive.

Speaking to Channel 4 about the barbs being thrown between the pair, he stated: “It feels like the Kardashian show, it’s pretty hilarious.

“Some of the stuff I’ve heard in the past few days has been so entertaining. There was somebody’s mother posting something.

“It was pretty interesting stuff. I’m sure it’ll be in Netflix, it’s going to be great.”

Hamilton’s own personal season saw him fail to earn a race victory for the first time in his F1 career, some stat in itself, as he finished in sixth place while Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc finished as runner-up to Verstappen.
