The Napoli bench were seen laughing after Romelu Lukaku's poor touch earlier this week.Inter Milan consigned Napoli to their first defeat of the season with a 1-0 victory at the San Siro on Wednesday.Edin Dzeko's header from Federico Dimarco's cross in the second half was the difference as Inter moved into the top four.Meanwhile, Napoli missed the chance to go eight points clear of AC Milan and their 11-match winning run came to an abrupt end. However despite the tense occasion, there was one light-hearted moment during the 90 minutes.Well, it was light-hearted for anyone but Lukaku. The Inter striker is having a nightmare 2022/23 campaign and has played just five league games this season after suffering a series of injuries. However, he was given a starting place in the match against Napoli, playing 64 minutes. While he will be delighted to have avoided injury on the night, he didn't avoid being mocked by the Napoli bench. In the 34th minute, the ball was played into Lukaku's feet but he could only toe-poke the ball straight out of play as he attempted to control it. There's no getting away from the fact that it was a poor touch. But it probably didn't deserve to be laughed at.That appears to be what members on the Napoli bench - including Giovanni Simeone - were doing as the cameras panned to them chuckling away.

Brutal.
What will happen to Lukaku after his Inter loan?
Earlier this week, Lukaku - who is currently on loan from Chelsea - spoke about his future. The Belgian has admitted that he'd like to remain at Inter before potentially finishing his career with his boyhood club, Anderlecht.
He told Sky Sport Italia: âAll the people know what I want. Now I have to do whatever is necessary with the team to make Inter win and then weâll talk to Chelsea.
He added: âEven though I left they know that I always had Inter in my heart. I had conversations with teammates, with people from the club, and they know that I told the truth about why I left.
âNow I am back, and I hope to stay in the future. I want to say that Inter is worth everything to me.
âThe idea is to finish with Anderlecht. Iâm 30 years old, my son started school here and plays in the Inter Academy. Iâm fine, Inter always has ambition to keep growing.
âI want to stay here and do things right. I hope to do well with Inter in the next six months, work to the maximum and then at the end we talk to Chelsea and hope to find a solution.â
