Tottenham Hotspur may target David Raya in the summer with the Brentford goalkeeper likely to grab the opportunity with "both gloves", talkSPORT reporter Alex Crook believes.
Raya, who earns a reported £25,000 per week at Brentford, joined the west London outfit from Blackburn in July 2019.

According to The Telegraph, Spurs will target Brentford shot-stopper Raya in the summer window. Amid concerns Hugo Lloris is past his best, the report states, Tottenham have identified the Spanish goalkeeper as a long-term option between the sticks.
At just 27 years old and with plenty of Premier League experience already under his belt, Raya certainly fits that bill. A fixture in Brentford's starting-11 since the Bees were promoted to the top-flight last season, Raya has caught the eye under Thomas Frank, with suggestions he could be in line for a move across London.
As per the same Telegraph report, Everton's Jordan Pickford is another goalkeeper being mooted as Spurs' future number-one, with the England international's contract set to expire in July 2024.
However, as far as Raya is concerned, Spurs are unlikely to have any issues convincing him to join, with suggestions the Barcelona-born goalkeeper would jump at the possibility of a move.
What has Crook said about Raya and Tottenham?
Speaking in an interview with GIVEMESPORT, talkSPORT reporter Crook admitted it would be hard for Raya to turn Spurs down, should they make a summer approach.
"With the greatest respect in the world to Brentford, I’m sure if he could make the step up to Spurs he’d grab it with both gloves.
"Again, I think probably one to keep an eye on in the summer, as opposed to now.”

What's more, Raya also averages the most saves per 90 minutes in the Premier League this season, having been forced into action 4.4 times each game, according to FotMob.
With a wealth of Premier League experience and an accomplished skillset to back it up, it's no surprise Spurs have identified Raya as their long-term number-one goalkeeper.
