Netflix teased the new and upcoming Golf Documentary Full Swing with a great trailer and revealed when this new series would be released.

Featuring all four major golf Championships and an array of professional golfers like Rory McIlroy and Jordan Speith, the documentary gives fans the best behind-the-scenes look that they have ever gotten.

These sporting documentaries are massively popular, and we saw F1's Drive to Survive series have a huge amount of viewers and also got more people into the sport.

As we excitedly wait for Full Swing to release, we hope that Netflix reveals more sneak peeks and previews in the build-up.

When will Full Swing be released on Netflix?

With excitement and anticipation at an all-time high for this series, as it is produced by the same company that gave us Drive to Survive, it was a very clever idea for Netflix to give us a release date for Full Swing.

Those eagerly waiting for Full Swing to be available on Netflix will be over the moon to hear that the series will be released on Wednesday, 15th January 2023. This will be a global release, and Full Swing should be available to watch from the morning of this day.

For now, we do not know how many episodes the series will have, but typically these types of series have about eight-twelve episodes.

No doubt there will be lots of drama, entertainment, and more as sports fans get to look back at their favourite moments over the last year or so and also get a more in-depth look at what happened during these moments.

As we see moments evolving around Ian Poulter, Joel Dahmen, Matt Fitzpatrick, Dustin Johnson and many more professional golfers, we will not only see how talented an athlete they are, but also what they are like away from the golf course and what their true personalities are like. This series will finally give us a proper insight into what some of the best golfers on the planet are like.

Such an immersive documentary has the potential to become one of the best modern sports documentaries released, so we hope Full Swing matches the potential and also the expectations of the fan base.
