Chelsea technical director Christopher Vivell “is always visiting” Borussia Dortmund striker Youssoufa Moukoko amid rumours that he could be signed to Graham Potter’s squad at Stamford Bridge, Bild journalist Christian Falk, who has a transfer column for CaughtOffside, has told GiveMeSport.

The 18-year-old sensation has entered the final six months of his contract at Signal Iduna Park.

Dortmund sporting director Sebastian Kehl has stated that the Bundesliga giants want an answer on Moukoko’s future from the striker and his representatives before Sunday’s clash with Augsburg.

Kehl told Kicker (via The Sun): "Youssoufa and his advisors know that we are expecting a decision this week because we are discussing the topic and want to have this clarified before the first day of the game so that the boy can devote himself entirely to the sporting challenges."

According to TEAMtalk, Manchester United and Liverpool are prepared to rival Chelsea in their interest for the wonderkid, whilst transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has told GiveMeSport that Newcastle United are also monitoring the situation of the young talent.

And Falk has now told GMS that Vivell is “always visiting” Moukoko, potentially in a bid to get him to sign on the dotted line at Stamford Bridge this month.

The teenage sensation, who has reportedly been offered £150k-per-week in wages by the Newcastle board, has earned himself an average WhoScored rating of 6.88 for his displays in the German top flight this season, which ranks him as Dortmund’s joint-fifth-best performing player in the squad.

The two-cap Germany international compares favourably with his positional peers, with the youngster ranking in the top 11% of forwards across Europe’s big five leagues as well as the Champions League and Europa League for non-penalty goals per 90 minutes (0.60) over the last 365 days, as per FBref.

Therefore, Chelsea could potentially be securing themselves the signature of a talented gem with huge potential, should they be able to acquire Moukoko’s signature either this month or as a free agent in the summer.
