Monday Night Raw saw a huge celebration for the 30th anniversary of the show, with icons returning, but one in particular got a huge pop, and rightly so.

The Undertaker returned to the show to confront LA Knight, but his iconic music was cut short, despite the pop being huge. The WWE and Phenom managed to take the reception up another few levels when his American Bada** gimmick returned.

His music from that time echoed out, with ‘Taker edging into the arena slowly on a motorbike, teasing fans before finally making his way towards the ring just like he did in the days of The American Bada**.

The Undertaker passes the torch to Bray Wyatt

After Bray Wyatt crashed the ‘Taker/LA Knight party, he was fed the Knight by The Deadman who had a firm grip on his throat.

Bray Wyatt made his way into the ring and then The Undertaker pushed LA Knight into his path, allowing him to hit the Sister Abigail on him. When he was walking away ‘Taker had some words for Bray Wyatt in his ear, signalling a possible passing of the torch between the two.

It appears that Bray Wyatt could be the Superstar to continue The Undertaker’s legacy, a decision that he won’t argue with, as The Deadman himself is a huge admirer of Bray Wyatt and would probably have picked him to carry the torch for his character.

Video: The Undertaker talking about Bray Wyatt

Last year, The Undertaker was talking about Bray Wyatt, where he delivered his honest assessment of the Superstar, showing us all clearly just how much respect he has for him. ‘Taker claimed: “Bray Wyatt, you know, I really hope things get worked out with him somewhere, he is a phenomenal talent. I think he has a lot to offer this industry, so you know, I only wish the best for him.”

Now out of all the Superstars possible, if you were to choose one to back you like that it would be The Phenom, arguably the greatest to ever step foot in the ring, with his wishes clearly listened to as Bray Wyatt since returned.

It was fitting that it was The Phenom there to share such a moment with Bray Wyatt given the respect they have for one another and the good news is, the storyline probably won’t just end like that so we may get more ‘Taker outings in the near future.
