In a recent YouTube video, Manchester United cult hero Dimitar Berbatov controlled a football at 106 km/h, proving the exceptional skill the Bulgarian still possesses in his boots.

The YouTube channel Shoot For Love posted the video in November 2022, inviting Berbatov to a series of football challenges to see if he had 'lost his touch' since retiring.

For the ball control test, the ball speed increased from 60 km/h up to 110 km/h, and Berbatov, who was always known as one of the best controllers of the ball, still controlled the ball at pace with ease.

The comments on the YouTube video proved the exceptional reputation that Berbatov has among football fans.

With one admirer saying: "Such a wise and unique player! You can see his mentality has had a tremendous impact on his career! Thank you Shoot for love for featuring Dimitar! Wish you all the best!"

Another Bulgarian viewer said: "Berbatov is truly one of the most incredible football players that I used to watch."
