Both sides will be hoping they have fit squads, and after the transfer window, fans of Spurs will be hoping to see their new signings.

Both sides let players go; however, Spurs brought in a few as well, unlike City. One surprising transfer was Joao Cancelo. The right-back left on loan to Bayern Munich. Meanwhile Pedro Porro signed for Spurs.

The two clubs have a couple of injuries but nothing too major when it comes to their typical starting XIs. Manchester City will be without John Stones, whilst midfielder Phil Foden could return from injury ahead of this match. He will face a late fitness test.

Meanwhile, Spurs are without Lucas Moura and Pape Sarr, whilst Richarlison returns from his little injury. Sadly, the North London side will be without Antonio Conte for the foreseeable as the manager is recovering from surgery.
