Real Madrid fell to defeat in their La Liga clash with Mallorca on Sunday afternoon.

Los Blancos were without Karim Benzema for the match, who missed out through injury.

And they desperately missed their talisman as they were beaten 1-0.

Nacho's own-goal in the 13th minute proved to be the difference as Mallorca pulled off a shock.

Vinicius Jr taunted by Mallorca players in Real Madrid's loss

Vinicius Jr played the full 90 minutes at Mallorca Son Moix Stadium.

Mallorca duo Antonio Raillo and Pablo Maffeo have both spoken negatively about Vinicius in recent times.

And they made sure to make Vinicius' life a living hell during the game.

The Brazilian was extremely animated during the match and, as he left the pitch at half-time, went into the tunnel pointing to the Madrid crest.

Raillo was well aware of what Vinicius had done and made sure to get revenge after the break.

The Spaniard got in Vinicius' face and tried to get him to kiss Mallorca's badge.

Maffeo was playing directly against Vinicius and did his best to get under Vinicius' skin.

Footage captured the right-back making crying gestures in Vinicius' face in an attempt to rile him up.

In total, Vinicius was fouled 10 times in the match.

Frustration got the better of Vinicius as he was booked for fouling Maffeo late in the first half.

That was his fifth yellow card of the season and he will now miss their next La Liga game against Elche.

Carlo Ancelotti defends Vinicius after Mallorca 1-0 Real Madrid

Carlo Ancelotti defended Vinicius when discussing his treatment after the match.

“The referee forgot about the repetitions of fouls. It’s a yellow card if a foul is repeated, repeated and repeated again, but we came out with two cards at half time, and Mallorca with zero,” Ancelotti told AS.

“Not everything that happens is Vinicius’ fault. The only thing he wants to do is play football but there is an atmosphere that provokes and rivals that press him.

“We have to change the focus. We have to look at what happened to him in today’s game.”

Real are next in action when they take on Egyptian outfit Al Ahly in their Club World Cup semi-final on Wednesday.
