The Shield dominated the WWE scene when they first arrived, and an interesting statistic has arisen proving how dominating they really have been.

Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins burst onto the scene as a trio and they caused havoc as a stable, ripping through big names in the WWE, including The Undertaker.

However, when Rollins turned his back on Ambrose and Reigns in order to join the Authority, The Shield disbanded and they all went their separate ways.

Since then, all three of them have enjoyed great success in the squared circle. In fact, the three of them are just one title win away from completing the Grand Slam in WWE.

Looking at them one by one, the three of them have all had great title successes, and all of them are one away from achieving the incredible feat.

Rollins has won the WWE Championship, the United States Championship, and the Tag Team Championship. Reigns has won the exact same, whilst Ambrose has won the WWE Championship, the United States Championship, and the Intercontinental Championship.

Therefore, to complete the Grand Slam, Rollins and Reigns just need a stint as the Intercontinental Champion, and Ambrose needs to win the Tag Team Championships.

Sadly for Rollins and Reigns, with the recent brand split, the IC Title is currently being defended on SmackDown LIVE, and with the duo on Monday Night Raw, they may need to swap brands in order to complete the Grand Slam.

As for Ambrose, now that The Shield have split, it doesn't look like he will be in a tag team in order to win those belts.

Nonetheless, it's an incredible achievement for The Shield, and it's certainly something worth keeping an eye on.
