Mesut Ozil took home the match ball after scoring his first career hat-trick for Arsenal against Ludogorets in the Champions League on Wednesday evening.
The Germany international scored all three of his goals in the second half - in the 56th, 83rd and 87th minutes - to help the Gunners rack up an eye-catching 6-0 victory over their Bulgarian opponents.
Theo Walcott also got himself on the scoresheet - bagging his sixth goals in his last five appearances - and the in-form English winger couldn’t resist trolling Ozil for his first-half performance after the match.
Walcott took the mickey out of his teammate during his post-match interview, hinting that Ozil was anonymous during the opening 45 minutes.
He was only joking, though. It was Ozil who provided the assist for Walcott’s goal in the 42nd minute, after all.
Walcott trolls Ozil in interview
"I could really throw him under the bridge here, first half he wasn't around though was he?” Walcott told reporters, per Goal.
"No, he's a fantastic professional, fantastic player and I think it's the second hat-trick he's scored.
"And how easy he did it - he showed me how to score a hat-trick anyway!"
Wenger hails Ozil after 6-0 victory
Ozil was also praised by his manager, Arsene Wenger, for his hat-trick heroics.
“It looks like he has a taste to score goals,” the Frenchman was quoted as saying by the Daily Mail. “He's getting in behind now. Before he only liked to come for the ball and provide.
“You want him to be a provider and a scorer and it looks like he's slowly moving towards that better balance.”
