Hugo Lloris pulls off amazing save with his foot

Hugo Lloris is undoubtedly one of the best goalkeeper's in the world and has been for a number of years now.

The French international arrived at Tottenham in 2012 from Lyon and has been a revelation for the club since he joined.

He produced one of the saves of the year while playing against Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League during the week.

The ball was played across the box and all Javier Hernandez had to do was slide it into the empty net, but somehow Lloris came out of nowhere to claw the ball off the line.

And as if the Spurs fans needed any more reason to adore his abilities, he produced another world-class save in their Premier League clash with Bournemouth.

Jack Wilshere took a short corner and the ball was somehow pulled back to Charlie Daniels in the six-yard box and his shot was deflected onto the bar, by the diving Lloris.

As you can see from the video below, the Frenchman had already dived to his right and managed to just stick out a toe out to stop it hitting the back of the net.

Perhaps the save was not as spectacular as the one he produced against Leverkusen - which can be seen below - but it was just as important.

And as ever, fans on Twitter were quick to sing the praises of the Spurs hero.
