Arsenal aren't strangers to having players in their ranks that are afraid of flying, with Dennis Bergkamp being famously scared to get up in the air.
The legendary striker was so scared of boarding a plane that he was often left to make his own way to matches while the rest of the squad travelled by air.
But it now appears as though the club have another nervous passenger in their ranks in the shape of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
While preparing for take off from Bulgaria following their narrow 3-2 victory over Ludogorets Razgrad, the England international spotted that airport staff working hard to defrost the plane before take off.
The temperature in Bulgaria was freezing and precautions needed to be taken before the jet could take to the runway.
And upon spotting this, the 23-year-old began to panic and whipped out his phone to take a video expressing his terror at his discovery.
Oxlade-Chamberlain made a short 15 minute cameo appearance in the game, replacing the recently returned Aaron Ramsey on 75 minutes.
'The Ox' has struggled for game time so far this term, making just four starts in the Premier League, scoring once and creating only one goal for his teammates.
He has also only started two games in the Champions League, too, with his appearance against Ludogorets being his second introduction from the bench.
His poor injury record has held him back from becoming an established player at the club, and the player himself recently admitted that he may need to leave at the end of the season in order to get more playing time.
Top of the table
The victory saw the Gunners qualify for the knockout stage of the Champions League for the 17th consecutive season.
Currently sat at the top of Group A, Arsenal and Paris Saint Germain will now battle it out for the top spot when the French champions visit The Emirates at the end of the month.
