News broke yesterday that Sin Cara and Chris Jericho had been involved in an altercation during the WWE's current tour of the UK.
F4WOnline reported that the incident occurred when the crew for the Red Brand were travelling from Leeds to Glasgow, Scotland for Monday Night Raw.
But why? Many fans were confused as to why a veteran like Jericho would get himself involved in a petty fight, but details have emerged as to what started the fracas.
The Mexican cruiserweight was allegedly making annoying noises while on the bus and people were telling him to stop, but he decided to keep making the noises.
Finally, Jericho told Cara to quit it, in which Cara responded with a “f-ck off” to Jericho.
Words were exchanged between the two and Cara threw a wild right hand at Y2J. At this point, other members of the Raw roster stepped in to break it up. Jericho ended up biting Cara’s finger during the struggles that ensued.
Cara was thrown off the bus in the aftermath and one would assume, forced to make his own way to Glasgow.
Both men featured on Raw, so Vince McMahon and co. couldn't have been too angry with what transpired and if they had been, history tells us the company would have had no problem putting either man on the first plane home.
Both men have previous, too. Sin Cara is believed to have fought and beaten both Sheamus and Simon Gotch of the Vaudevillains in the past while Jericho had a famous scrap with Goldberg back in 2003 and confronted Brock Lesnar following his brutal SummerSlam match with Randy Orton.
It seems that the crux of the story is a sucker punch and some biting. Do you think that the superstars should be punished? Let us know in the comments below.
