Shawn Michaels has found himself in a new job with World Wrestling Entertainment.

No, he's not returning as an on-screen figure, but he will be doing a lot of work at the Performance Center, which can only mean good things for the future stars of the company.

Ever since Triple H started to swap the squared circle for the boardroom, he made it one of his priorities to improve the facilities for the superstars, including introducing the Center.

WWE take great pride in their new setup, and it's clearly been working with the growth and popularity of developmental show NXT.

Michaels, who officially retired from in-ring competition six years ago, has been skeptical about making a return to the WWE, but it seems like he now feels the time is right to return.

With one of the greatest ever superstars heading up the Performance Center, it can only mean good things for the future of the company, and especially for the young talents.

Speaking about Michaels' new job, his close friends were all discussing the role on a podcast.

Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, and Sean Waltman were all talking about Michaels' new role with the company, and they admitted that it's going to be incredible for the business and for the future wrestlers.

Below you can see a full transcript, thanks to DailyWrestlingNews, of what the trio had to say about Michaels' new role.

Nash: "How many people, including the two guys to my left, know that the new Head of the WWE Performance Center is Shawn Michaels?"

Hall: "Oh yeah, I knew that."

Waltman: "Is he actually moving to Florida? I can’t believe that."

Nash: "Oh yeah, he’s moving to Florida with the family and everything. If you thought that NXT was something wait til that son of a bitch gets down there and gives them his magic. There is nobody better than him. Physically nobody better. Psychology nobody better. It’s going to be a game changer. I don’t know what the hell they are paying him but it’s got to be a lot because to get Shawn to do the 9-5…"

Waltman: "Whatever it is is a bargain."

Nash: "His son wants to do graphic design. His daughter wants to be a veterinarian. Sea World is down there. There’s a lot of advantages to being in Orlando over Abilene, TX. Nothing against Abilene. I hear there’s a lot of good things going on there."
