Team RAW got off to a very strong start at Survivor Series as their women's team and their tag teams both claimed victories over Smackdown.

Charlotte and Bayley were the survivors in the women's match while Sheamus and Cesaro were the sole survivors in the tag team match.

Rich rewards

The tag team match got off to a fast and furious start as the New Day wasted no time in eliminating Breezango.

But the shock of the contest came immediately after that as the New Day bit the dust at the hands of the Usos - making the captains the first team to be eliminated.

That was a fairly shocking start to the match and as it continued the teams continued to fall until finally just the team of Sheamus and Cesaro remained for RAW and The Usos remained for Smackdown.

The four men put on a great match between them but it was the men representing Team RAW who would emerge victorious.

Sheamus and Cesaro showed some signs of co-operation for the first time with Cesaro taking a double super-kick for Sheamus, and Sheamus protecting Cesaro during the winning pin-fall.

Cesaro and Sheamus were so impressive during the match that even RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon and General Manager Mick Foley took notice.

They announced later in the show that the two would be rewarded with a Tag Team Championship opportunity Monday night on RAW.

The two mismatched superstars have challenged the New Day before and were unsuccessful on that occassion, but could a change finally be in store for the RAW tag team division?
