The Philadelphia 76ers are on a winning streak. The franchise has won consecutive games for the first time since March 2015 and have snapped a streak of 108 straight games without back-to-back wins.

There is no doubt who will get the credit for the Sixers' recent upturn in fortunes; center Joel Embiid.

The man who calls himself "The Process" posted 26 points in the win over the Phoenix Suns on Saturday and followed that up with a 22-point showing against the Miami Heat last night.

The 22-year-old has proven that he was worth the wait for Philly after his two-year injury nightmare and has become a fans' favourite in the city of brotherly love already.

Aside from his talent on the court, though, Embiid is also seen as the king of social media among current NBA players for his hilarious posts.

He has developed a reputation as a bit of a troll and his latest victim was Heat center Hassan Whiteside after Philadelphia's win over Miami with the following post on Instagram:

Initially, it's difficult to see exactly where the trolling is as nothing relates to Whiteside aside from the image.

However, when you go into the post itself you will see the location is set as 'BBQ Chicken', a phrase regularly used by Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal to describe when a big man dominates an opposing big in the post.

Embiid is clearly taking a subtle shot at Whiteside after the 76ers got the W. But with the Miami center posting 32 points and 13 rebounds in the losing effort, the numbers show that he was the one causing the most damage in the low post.

Whiteside, though, will have to take this one on the chin and wait for the next encounter with the big Cameroonian to get his revenge.
