Robbie Savage has returned to Derby following his loan spell with Brighton.

The Welsh midfielder's month-long stint was due to expire after Saturday's visit of Millwall, but he has gone back early after suffering a shin injury.

Savage made six League One appearances for the Seagulls but was only on the winning side once - Tuesday night's 3-2 victory over Leicester in which he was substituted at half-time with his side 2-0 down.
