As seen on Monday Night Raw, Chris Jericho made a surprise appearance in the main event wearing a Sin Cara mask.
Of course, the TV reason behind him wearing the mask was so that he could interfere in the Universal Championship match between Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins.
Y2J was banned from ringside by general manager Mick Foley, but after disguising himself in a mask, he still managed to make his way to ringside and still helped his best friend retain his title.

However, there is another legitimate reason behind Jericho wearing the mask.
It's been well reported that Jericho and Sin Cara got into a backstage brawl during WWE's recent European Tour, which ultimately led to the highflyer being kicked off the official bus.
Sin Cara is believed to have thrown the first punch, and it's not the first time this year he's had conflict backstage. He was in a fight earlier this year with one-half of The Vaudevillains, Simon Gotch.
Of course, rumours were quick to spread about the Sin Cara/Jericho clash, and there were even some reports claiming the veteran was knocked out by the highflyer.
However, he quickly dismissed those claims by saying he hasn't been knocked out since 1994.
Jericho then caused a bit of a stir within the WWE Universe when he wore a Sin Cara mask during Raw, and he has now revealed the real reason behind his decision to wear it.
Jericho admitted that it was an "FU to the internet community that knows everything but doesn’t know s***."
Y2J then added that Sin Cara is a good friend of his and he actually allowed Jericho to borrow the mask.
