WWE officials have second thoughts on Dana Brooke push

It emerged earlier this year that WWE officials had plans to push Dana Brooke as one of the top females in the company.

She had just been promoted from NXT to the main roster and she was doing some impressive work alongside WWE Women's Champion Charlotte.

As her sidekick, she'd help her to retain her title, she'd help her win matches, and she'd also do a lot of her dirty work.

However, at one point, it looked like Brooke was set to turn on Charlotte and have a run of her own as a babyface. Despite WWE teasing it, it never officially happened and she's still standing in the champ's shadow.

It's well known that WWE officials make changes, and make them regularly, and one recent change has been their stance on Brooke and her position in the company.

According to NoDQ, officials have already changed their minds on Brooke and no longer see her as one of the top females in the company.

Brooke was put alongside Charlotte so that she could be a straight ticket to the main event, with her eventually breaking away from the champion, but with officials now not so sure on her, it looks like her big push is no longer happening.

It's claimed they no longer see her as a top female and the plans to have her feud with Charlotte are now completely off the table.

It looks like WWE will stick with Charlotte, Sasha Banks, Bayley, and Becky Lynch for the main female stars for now, but as mentioned earlier, things change in World Wrestling Entertainment.
