Hill still confident

Rochdale boss Keith Hill is confident his side can reach the FA Cup second round after being held to a 1-1 draw by Barnet.

Chris Dagnall put Dale in front after 49 minutes but Ismail Yakubu's 68th-minute strike set up a replay at Spotland on November 18.

"I'm frustrated about everything - not just the result. On another day we might have gone on to win the game," said Hill.

"We knew what Barnet were going to do in terms of formation and tactics, but we should know how to handle that a little bit better.

"We are normally very creative and normally we are on the front foot in the game, but there seemed to be too much waiting going on.

"But I suppose we'll take the draw and the replay. We're at home so we are confident of going through."

The winners of the replay have been handed an away tie against Team Bath or Forest Green in the second round.
