With just under three months remaining for the fight between David Haye and Tony Bellew, the former has revealed his preparations for the highly anticipated clash.

The event is scheduled to take place at the O2 Arena in London on March 4, but ahead of the bout Haye was seen in Miami, Florida, indulging in a light training session, according to Daily Mail.

The Brit uploaded a photo on Twitter that gives the first glimpse of his fitness, captioning it by saying: “Popped into the world famous 5th St Gym Miami this evening to hit the heavy bag for a while. Weighed in at 231 lbs and felt razor sharp.”

The former heavyweight champion also provided an insight into his current diet.

His official Instagram account read: “I’m currently eating healthy and relaxing until camp starts. I feel I’m in a very healthy starting point, with only 6 or 7 pounds to lose in over 12 weeks. #Hayemaker #davidhaye #hayebellew #TonyBell***”

It perfectly summarises the relation he shares with Bellew, his arch-rival.

The British boxers recently had a heated exchange during the press announcement with the duo having had to be separated when they came to blows with each other.

‘The Hayemaker’ as well Tony ‘Bomber’ Bellew have an impressive professional record with both losing only twice in their entire career.

Bellew has promoted himself from the cruiserweight division to the heavyweight category for this bout, whereas the 36-year-old aims for a sensational comeback through one of the biggest fights since he turned pro.

Only time will tell who comes up with a phenomenal display on the day, after months of trash talks and call outs leading up to the fight itself.
