GiveMeSport announces merger with Breaking Data Corp


GiveMeSport is delighted to announce that it has entered into a merger agreement with Canadian technology provider Breaking Data Corp.

GiveMeSport is a leading digital and social publisher and has the biggest sports page on Facebook, with over 25 million fans - ahead of ESPN at 15.1 million.

Breaking Data Corp. is a market leader in machine learning, real-time data and mobile apps. The company's apps include Breaking Sports, a personalised sporting app, and Poynt, a leading localized mobile search app.

The deal will see Breaking Data's artificial intelligence expertise and GiveMeSport's content creation capabilities combine, providing a more personalised and data-driven user experience for over 140 million people per month via the publisher's Facebook page.
