Anthony Elding's second-half strike rescued a point for Lincoln in their 2-2 draw with second-placed Brentford in Coca-Cola League Two.

Lincoln took a shock lead after six minutes through Dany N'Guessan but Marcus Bean levelled for the Bees soon after.

Brentford then put themselves ahead thanks to Dean Bowditch, who marked the last game of his loan spell by picking up a Ben Hamer long ball and smashing past Robert Burch.

Lincoln's Paul Green was then dismissed but the 10 men picked up a point thanks to Elding's equaliser on 66 minutes.

Bury moved up four places to fourth after beating Barnet 1-0 thanks to a Mike Jones strike at Gigg Lane.

Jones buried a left-foot volley past Ran Kadoch after 37 minutes to seal Bury's first win in five.

Notts County moved three points further away from the relegation zone after recording a 2-1 win over Exeter at Meadow Lane.

Exeter took the lead after 26 minutes when Marcus Stewart converted a penalty after Michael Johnson had brought down Adam Stansfield in the box.

Delroy Facey levelled just after the half hour before Gavin Strachan hit the winner for County six minutes before the break.
