Huddersfield have completed the double signing of Anthony Pilkington from Stockport and Lionel Ainsworth from Watford.

Midfielder Pilkington, 20, has been a regular fixture in Jim Gannon's first team at Edgeley Park - scoring six goals in 30 appearances for the Hatters this season and has agreed a three-and-a-half year deal with Town.

Ainsworth, 21, who can play in midfield and up front, moved to Watford from Hereford but was loaned back to the League One outfit this term and will sign a two-and-a-half year contract with the Terriers, subject to a medical.
