Cardiff goalkeeper Tom Heaton has been ruled out for up to six weeks with a thigh injury.

The 22-year-old Manchester United loanee was named man of the match in Monday's FA Cup defeat at Arsenal, his first game since November, but is now facing a spell on the sidelines after undergoing a scan.

"I'm absolutely gutted," he told the South Wales Echo. "I've had to wait for my chance and now this happens."

With Peter Enckelman out for another six to eight weeks following a knee operation, recent loan signing Dimi Konstantopoulos will make his Bluebirds debut against Championship leaders Wolves at Molineux on Sunday.
