Hull goalkeeper Matt Duke has signed a one-year contract extension, tying him to the club until 2011.

The 31-year-old recently dislodged Boaz Myhill as first choice at the KC Stadium after several years in the shadows.

Duke said: "I'm delighted and was more than happy to sign the new contract."

He added: "I've worked hard over the years and I'm just glad to have been given my chance. The aim now is to stay in the team."
