Doncaster striker Gareth Taylor has joined Carlisle on a one-month loan deal

The 36-year-old has been limited to a place on the substitutes bench at the Keepmoat Stadium in recent weeks due to the impressive form of Paul Heffernan.

He will now look to gain regular first-team football with the Cumbrian side, who currently lie 17th in League One.

Meanwhile, Rovers have extended the loan spell of Barnsley goalkeeper Kyle Letheren, who has been covering for Neil Sullivan in the absence of the injured Ben Smith.
