Nicholas Theodore Nemeth, better known under the ring name Dolph Ziggler, is an American professional wrestler and stand-up comedian. Currently signed to WWE and performing under the SmackDown brand, the 6’0” tall entertainer started his career in 2004 and has endured several Championships along the way.
Following an excellent career in amateur wrestling, Ziggler signed a development contract with WWE and was promoted to the Raw brand in 2005. However, he was sent back to Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) and returned to WWE with the Spirit Squad, who subsequently won the World Tag Team Championship. Ziggler was later sent to Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), where he won the FCW Florida Tag Team Championship twice alongside Brad Allen and Gavin Spears respectively.
In 2008, Ziggler returned to the main roster, which is where he was repackaged and given the name ‘Dolph Ziggler’. Since that moment, the American wrestler has held the World Heavyweight Championship twice, the Intercontinental Championship six times, the United States Championship twice, the Raw Tag Team Championship twice and the SmackDown Tag Team Championship once. His impressive CV has entertained the WWE community and Ziggler is recognised as one of the most successful WWE stars of all time.
Aside from WWE action, Ziggler is also a stand-up comedian and has amassed a large following along the way.
