Dwayne Douglas Johnson, better known under the ring name The Rock, is a retired professional wrestler with an established career in acting. Spending eight years wrestling for the WWF/WWE, The Rock is regarded as one of the greatest performers in the industry of all time. Following his successful wrestling career, the 6’5” entertainer decided to pursue an acting career and has gone on to become one of the world’s highest-grossing actors. 

The Rock launched his wrestling career back in 1996, which lasted eight years before returning to WWE again in 2007. Throughout that period, he has left behind a legacy for his performances inside the ring and the overall effect he had on the sport. The Rock remains one of the most successful wrestlers of all time, accumulating several titles over the years and entertaining fans across the globe on a regular basis. 

Overall, The Rock is a two time WCW Champion and has won the WWE Championship eight times. He also won the WWF Intercontinental Championship twice as well as the WWF Tag Team Championship five times - thrice with Mankind, once with The Undertaker and once with Chris Jericho. The Rock was also the 2000 Royal Rumble winner and remains a nine-time Slammy Award winner. 

Aside from wrestling, The Rock has featured in several films such as Fast & Furious, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Central Intelligence, San Andreas and many more. Whether it’s performing on a global stage at events like WrestleMania, or it’s starring in a blockbuster film, The Rock can do it all.
