Toni Storm

Toni Rossall, better known under the ring name Toni Storm, is a New Zealand-born Australian professional wrestler currently signed to WWE. Standing at 5’5” tall, Storm is performing on the NXT brand having previously battled on the NXT UK brand – a place where she is a former NXT UK Women’s Champion. 

In 2009, Storm started her wrestling career at Impact Pro Wrestling’s Australian affiliate, and debuted in October at just 13 years old. Following five years of development as a wrestler, Storm convinced her family to let her move to England, a place where she trained under Dean Allmark. Storm made her debut for Progress Wrestling in 2015, losing to Elizabeth in a tight affair. Two years later and the Australian became the first ever Progress Women’s Champion.

Storm also competed in World Wonder Ring Stardom and endured great success. Winning the SWA World Championship in July 2016, Storm then signed a contract for the brand and one year later became the new World of Stardom Champion. 

Joining the WWE in 2017, Storm performs on the NXT brand. Throughout her WWE career thus far, the Australian wrestler has found success difficult to come by, but that’s not to discredit the two achievements she has produced. In 2018, Storm won the Mae Young Classic after defeating Io Shirai at WWE Evolution. Storm is also a one-time NXT UK Women’s Champion.
